I like what you are doing.
I believe many states are in a bind and puling back on important items. Perhaps states need financial help to keep schools, roads and bridges,health care,and electial grids from getting done.
I think community colleges across the nation are the best resources for retraining folks into jobs of the future.They are cheap, available, and good teachers.
